TCEA (Texas Computer Education Association) and SOSSIG (Strategic
Open
Source SIG) provides this Moodle as a service for
collaborators. Either/both organizations are, however, not
responsible for any infringements to copy right that might be
contained in contributed content.
The contributor is solely responsible for such
infringements.
If an official complaint is filed with the MoodleMaster of this
site, the shared content to which it refers will be held and made
un-available to other users of the system for a period of one week
so the parties can
resolve the issue. If after one week, the issue
has not been
resolved, the item/course will be removed from this
site.
Contributors: please double
check your restore and remove any item where copy right might be an
issue. When in doubt, remove!
Contributor can make a reference to
the content item in the shared course in it's place.
Continually failing to check copy right infringements will result
in deletion of your account and access.
